Access for the right people. Obstacles for attackers.

Many attacks start with a stolen password or a fake sign-in page. We protect your accounts, devices, email and data step by step, train your team and prepare you for an incident, matched to your size and your budget.

Challenges

Challenges
we solve.

Typical situations from daily work and how we approach them.

01

A password is all that stands between attackers and your email.

How we solve it

We introduce sign-in with a second factor for everyone, by app or passkey, and block legacy methods that bypass it. The change is announced and supported.

More on this in our blog
02

Sign-in is protected, but any device from anywhere can access everything.

How we solve it

Access rules check person, device and location at every sign-in: company data only on managed devices, for example, and stronger sign-in for administrators. New rules are tested before they take effect.

03

Phishing emails are ever more convincing, and one click can be enough.

How we solve it

Modern protection software checks links and attachments and protects the devices. Add clear reporting routes for suspicious messages and short training for your team.

04

Confidential documents are shared by link, and nobody knows who can see them.

How we solve it

We set sharing rules, review existing permissions and label confidential documents so that protection and encryption travel with the document.

AI IN THIS SERVICE

Modern protection systems use AI to recognise suspicious behaviour. And where your team uses AI, clear rules and protected data make sure nothing confidential leaks out.

Offerings

Our offerings
in detail.

Each offering can be booked on its own or combined with others. We agree the exact scope together.

Identity & access3

Secure sign-in

Strong sign-in for everyone and access rules that fit your devices and processes.

  • Sign-in with a second factor for everyone, passwordless if you wish
  • Access rules by person, device and location, tested first
  • Emergency accounts and documented emergency access

Tidy up Active Directory and user accounts

A user directory without legacy clutter, so your people have one account for everything and leavers lose access at once.

  • A review of stale accounts, groups and administrator rights
  • Connection to the cloud, or a move to the cloud
  • Single sign-on for your applications

Secure administrator access

Few, separate administrator accounts with exactly the rights they need.

  • Separate accounts for administration and daily work
  • Rights only as far and as long as needed
  • Alerts on sensitive sign-ins

Devices & email3

Protection for devices and email

Protection against malware, phishing and dangerous attachments, with alerts that someone actually reads.

  • Modern protection software on all devices
  • Checks of links and attachments in email
  • Clear reporting routes and regular reviews

Protect your sender address

Nobody should be able to send email in your name, and your genuine email should arrive.

  • Sender authentication for all your domains (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • Analysis of the reports over a few weeks
  • Gradual rejection of spoofed email

Security awareness for your team

Short, practical training so your team recognises phishing and reacts the right way.

  • Training with examples from your daily work
  • Exercises with simulated phishing emails
  • Clear reporting routes for suspicious email

Data & resilience5

Protect confidential data

Identify, label and share confidential content in a controlled way.

  • A review of sharing and permissions
  • Labels for confidential documents, with protection and encryption
  • Rules for sharing with external people

Backup of your cloud data

The recycle bin and file versions are no backup. We back up email, files and team data separately and test the restore.

  • A backup concept with scope and retention
  • Automatic, regular backup
  • Regular restore tests

Retention and archiving

Email and documents are kept as long as your obligations require, and deleted afterwards.

  • Retention rules according to your obligations
  • An archive instead of scattered storage
  • Search and export for requests

Data protection in practice

The technical and organisational measures that data protection law requires, implemented and documented. The legal assessment stays with your adviser.

  • An overview of your data security measures
  • Gaps closed, from access to encryption
  • Documentation for clients, auditors and insurers

Ready for an incident

A plan that sets out who does what when an account is taken over or data is encrypted.

  • An emergency plan with contacts and first steps
  • Prepared actions: block accounts, end sessions, isolate devices
  • Restores practised before they are needed

An example project

A fiduciary firm wants better protection for client data.

First we secure sign-in with a second factor and block legacy methods. Then only managed devices can reach client data. Finally, confidential documents are labelled and sharing with external people is governed.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know.

Your question is not here? Write to us

We are small. Are we even a target?

Yes. Many attacks are automated and hit companies of every size, often through stolen passwords or phishing. A few measures already close the most common ways in.

Will this get in the way of daily work?

Hardly, if it is set up well. On managed devices people are rarely asked again, and passkeys or face recognition are quicker than passwords. We announce changes and test them first.

Does this help with Swiss data protection law?

The revised Federal Act on Data Protection requires appropriate data security through technical and organisational measures. Strong sign-in, protected devices and controlled sharing are part of that. It does not replace a legal assessment.

What we clarify first

We clarify existing accounts and administrators, devices, external access and specific requirements, from clients or insurers for example. Round-the-clock monitoring is not part of this service; if you need it, we show suitable options.
