Challenges

Challenges
we solve.

Typical situations from daily work and how we approach them.

01

When IT problems come up, nobody knows whom to ask, and the person who knows their way around is overloaded.

How we solve it

Your team has a clear point of contact for IT questions, and every request is tracked until it is resolved.

02

Updates are left undone because nobody has time for them.

How we solve it

We keep devices, servers and programs up to date, in waves and on schedule, and check that everything still works afterwards.

03

Problems only get noticed when nothing works any more.

How we solve it

We monitor backups, storage, certificates, licences and security alerts, so that a warning does not turn into an outage.

04

Everything about the IT is in one person’s head.

How we solve it

We document your environment, access and processes so that your team or another partner can understand them and carry them forward.

AI IN THIS SERVICE

Recurring checks and reports run automatically, and AI helps to classify requests faster. That leaves more time for what a person has to decide.

Regular IT review

  • Planning of upcoming renewals
  • Recommendations, AI and automation included

An example project

IT care for an office with 15 workplaces.

Requests arrive by email and are mostly solved by remote support. Updates run on schedule, the backup is checked regularly, and once a quarter we discuss what is coming up. Whatever needs doing on site, we plan together.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know.

Your question is not here? Write to us

Do you replace our in-house IT person?

Not necessarily. Often we relieve the person who looks after IT alongside their real job and take on what they lack time or experience for.

Do you come on site?

We solve most things remotely. On-site visits, for new devices or installations for example, are arranged as needed.

How is it billed?

By time spent, or as a monthly flat fee for an agreed scope. What is included is set out in writing.

What we clarify first

We clarify the size and set-up of your environment, the services you want, availability and response times, and what needs doing on site.
